What format are the photos in?

All PhotoFinder photos are in JPG format except files in the Vector or Logos & Corporate Identity category. Vector and Logo & Corporate Identity files are in EPS format (zipped file), you'll need software like Adobe Illustrator or Inkspace to open/edit it.

What are the payment modes?

We provide Paypal for payments. Paypal uses 168 bit High-grade Encryption. Encryption makes it very difficult for unauthorized people to view information.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?

Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Go to home page, click on Files>Sort by>New to see the latest photos or click here.

Do you offer refunds?

Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the PhotoFinder photos that I download?

Yes. While PhotoFinder offers great freedom and a wide range of use, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.

If I purchase a photo, are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site?

No, there are no other fee.

Is account sharing allowed?

No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.



Can I submit photos to sell?

Yes. You need to sign up as a photographer, once approved you can sell your photos. Click here to signup now

I downloaded a high resolution photo from google image search, can I submit it?

NO! You must own the copyright of the photo.

What are the image requirements?

Minimum size of the photo that is accepted by Fotonium is 1600px X 1600px. Image must be in JPG format.
Vector should be EPS8 format (in a zipped file). A JPG preview is required for Vector files (1600px X 1600px or larger).

I take random photos with my cellphone / point and shoot camera, can I upload those?

Our buyers look for quality images. We do not accept snap shots.

Do I lose the copyright of the images that I submit?

No. You retain the copyright of the image.

Can I remove my images anytime?


How much do you pay?

We pay our photographers 10%-20% of the sale value.
